The Project is located in neighborhood of Sant Andreu in Barcelona (Spain). It was asked to create a residence for the temporal users of Fabrica & Coats . Since one of the premises was to conserve the main building, the idea of the project was to create a dispearsed program of the residence unified by a platform including the public comerce area and the parking. attending to the fact that the topografy level has a variancy around 3 meters between the two streets that fixes the actuation boundary, this public square will be below ground in reference to one of the streets and will be at ground level for the other street.
The new buildings will have a different material respect to the existing ones, but will keep the vertical opennings composition.
