The issue in this project is that there will be different levels for the foundations due to the fact that not all the buildings have the same number of levels underground. There will be in fact two different levels.
The problem that I've found after having done the foundations is that 6 (the ones in blue) of the bases are at 1 meter under the parking level while the others are only at half meter.
